ACCESS TO THE SPA CIRCUIT:
Access to the water area of our spa requires a prior reservation, which must be made directly at the hotel reception upon your arrival during check-in. After check-in, you can also conveniently contact us by dialing #9 from your room phone.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND PUNCTUALITY:
Please note that cancellations or modifications to treatments will not incur any charges, provided they are made at least 8 hours in advance at the spa reception. Otherwise, or in the case of no-show, a penalty fee of €20 will apply. If you arrive late for your appointment, we will unfortunately have to shorten the treatment duration and charge the full amount of the reservation.
We are open every day of the week from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
