The room is spacious, bright and very clean. The bathroom is large and well equipped. The shower with plenty of water. The breakfast is very complete, from scrambled eggs to pasty. Very friendly staff and quick check-in and check-out. The pool outside the hotel, but with an unbeatable setting.

The hotel is located in the upper area of Caldea, very well located. It has its own parking although you have to move to about 300 meters covered and another 100 meters uncovered, the price 15 EU per night. Breakfast is buffet, with variety, including fresh juices. Dinner is a la carte/menu, there are several starters and main courses, the variety is acceptable. Massage room, sauna, steam room, jet pool. You have to ask for an appointment at the reception desk and only those who have their turn enter without sharing with other guests. The Jacuzzi is very nice. The hotel has large rooms, facing the main street and the back with views of the river and mountains, with a closed window you can't hear. Down 200 meters is the main shopping promenade. Very good attention from the staff, reception, restaurant and spa room.

Charming hotel, superbly positioned with respect to the commercial axis of Andorra. We had a wonderful stay thanks to the efficiency and kindness of the hotel staff, they have a great ability to resolve any incident that may arise so that the customer feels comfortable and satisfied. Beautiful SPA and magnificent Suite room! We will repeat for sure!

The location is perfect because it is a quiet place and it is only a 20-minute walk from the center.

We stayed 3 days at the Carlemany Hotel. It is a quiet hotel, where we spent our honeymoon with my wife. The service is very friendly, especially Enrique, the waiter, who served us very well. The spa consists of a Jacuzzi, a Turkish sauna and a regular sauna. The rooms are a bit small for a 4 star hotel. We had a very complete breakfast buffet and a very good dinner menu.

The greatest value for me is the staff and the way they treat you.
